Vasudha: Jharkhand Land Records (Khatiyan Jankari, Khasara)

Jharkhand state government along with National Informatics Center (NIC) unit of Jharkhand has created software named Vasudha with the help of the land records data available in Jharkhand’s districts and tehsils. Vasudha is the website created to provide an access to citizens of their land records and details online via Internet. The project Vasudha was created under the central government’s National Land Record Modernization Program (NLRMP).Vasudha Information system provides land record and revenue information to land owners and citizens which includes records like Khasara Naksha, Bhulekh, Khasara Maanchitra, Dakhila Kharij Mutations etc. Jharkhand government has made the process of getting Land records very easy as it was very hard to get the land details on time from Patwaris and Tehsils.The Jharkhand records are available online on the website http://jharbhoomi.nic.in. Vasudha project can also give you the information of Maps, Land Record Reports, Khasara Map, Mutation Details, and Revenue process information.Steps to access your land records on Jharkhand government’s official website named as Vasudha

• Open the official website of the Jharkhand government http://jharbhoomi.nic.in
• Once you open the page you will get options to select what sort of information you need to access
  • Land Records (Khatiyan Jankari)
  • Registry Information
  • Khasara Map (Khasara Maanchitra)
  • Mutation Information (Dakhil Kharij information)
  • Revenue Information (Maalgujari Information)

You can select the options assigned to every type of records listed above accordingly.

• For the Land records you have five different options provided for searching purpose

1. By Khata Number
2. By Reyat Number
3. By Khasara Number
4. Find By words or letters
5. Find by name from Reyat

• For every option you will be redirected to the new page where you will get a form to submit your deatails according to you previous selection
• After filling the respective form click on the “Report Dekhe” button to get your land details.

For the user friendly handling website has the button to go back to the main selection menu and it also has the HINDI writing keyboard to enter Hindi language inputs.Now almost every district in Jharkhand can access land records online.
