Delhi: The NCR Planning Board will sit for a meeting to discuss various things including an approval of Haryana’s crucial sub-regional plan. The NCR Planning Board (NCRPB) will hold the meeting for the approvals of these proposals on March 6, 2014 and this will be the first time in three decades that two meetings will be held within 45 days gap.The Haryana government is very keen to get sub-regional plan approved as it is very critical for the Haryana government since the Punjab and Haryana high court has put an embargo on issuing licenses for real estate projects in various districts of the state. The state where high court has put a ban to give approvals include Gurgaon, Faridabad and Sonepat etc. NCR districts and it will remain till the plan gets approved from NCRPB.The sub-regional plan will give a way to many constructions in the state as it will allow construction in more than 0.5 per cent areas of natural conservation zones. The NCRPB has circulated the list of three agendas to all members which comprises approval of Haryana’s sub regional plan. The revised plan of the state’s sub-regional plan has included provisions of the amended regional plan, which also include permission to allow constructions beyond 0.5 per cent. It also allows tourism projects in the green zones as per the state policy. The sub-regional plan can be cleared after the revised regional plan is notified. The Union urban development ministry reconstituted the board in the mid February which now includes the town and country planning secretary of the Haryana government.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
