Shed on Plots:The chakan MIDC has allowed building of sheds on the plot land only after taking prior permission. A shed is a single storage structure used for secondary purposes. Plots on which the sheds are built must have legal clearance from the respective authorities of the Land Registration Department.NOTE:1. MIDC reserves the right to revise the rates without prior notice.2. If the plot is facing State Highway/National Highway or the service road parallel to highways, then 15% additional premium will have to be paid.3. If the plot is having the more frontage than the standard size, then additional frontage charges will have to be paid for the excess frontage per running meter decided by the corporation time to time.4.
