Green buildings costs slightly higher than the conventional buildings but it is not higher than the benefits it gives to its residents in the long run. The operating cost would work out to 80 to 85 % of the capital cost while the incremental cost which is one time cost is only 8to 10 %. The total cost of ownership of green buildings is lesser than the conventional buildings because of substantial reduction in operational cost. Some of Pune’s green building certified projects and their ratings are as follows:
| Mahindra Royale | Pune | Pre – Certified, Platinum |
| Megapolis | Pune | Pre – Certified, Platinum |
| Park Infinia | Pune | Pre – Certified, Platinum |
In my opinion all big builders and developers should join hands with IGBC to help India to become one of the leaders in the world in green building revolution.Ruchi Mahajanзайм на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
