Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI), Coimbatore has decided to conduct its annual property exhibition online. The main objective of the website is to cater the property need of the non-residents and NRI customer base. The President of CREDAI Coimbatore said that around 10 to 15 % of NRIs form customer base while another 10 to 15% is formed by non-residents.The live property show of CREDAI will take place for 3 days that will start from August 22nd ad end on August 24th, 2014. The fair will be held at Codissia Trade Fair Complex and will showcase around 100 properties that comprise of 5,000 units and 35 real estate developers. It will also include outsider developers like Larsen and Toubro who would present their outstation projects.
