CREDAI stands for The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India. It is the apex body for private real estate developers of India. As each industry in the world has some association that can solve their issues related to their field to local, state and national level. Likewise CREDAI is working for the builders and developers and take their issues to national level.CREDAI represents 5000 developers through 20 member association in India. The PBAP was set up 27 years ago in Pune to help builders and developers to achieve optimum with professionalism and customer accountability. It was a little plant that time now has grown up as a tree with 270 builders and developers in Pune region. The members of CREDAI Pune have almost 85 percent of projects under them. The CREDAI Pune is a part of the national body and their interests can be better served now at the local, state and national levels.CREDAI Pune has organised three property exhibitions simultaneously last month for the convenience of the home buyers in which 150 projects from north and south of Pune were on display. Thus CREDAI is able to serve builders and developers as well as the buyers/consumers by facilitating both. The overwhelming response from these exhibitions shows the results.All associations of promoters, builders and developers anywhere in India can become the member of the CREDAI but an individual developer or government or quasi government organisation cannot become the member. An individual developer or builder can become a member of city or state level developers’ association then the association can be eligible for membership of CREDAI.By becoming the member of the CREDAI the developers and builders get a platform of their own. They get support and strength of peers.
