The real estate body is completely relying on Modi that he will solve their problems.As per the developers, since the state and central bureaus act separately without communicating with each other which cause the delay in projects, right from the inception, there is an immediate requirement to modify the clearance process. The multiplicity of authorities for project approvals has led to increase in the overall project cost by 40%.If single window clearance system is brought under operation then there are chances that project costs may decrease by 25% and the sales may also double.
