Delhi: Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) has decided to issue notices to architects instead of house owners if it finds violations in building layout and plans. The properties which will be violating building layout provisions will be issued notices from the authority but these houses will not receive the notice instead the notices will be given to the architects which provided such layouts and plans to the house owners.HUDA usually issues such notices to home owners if any violations of rules are observed in it jurisdiction when these owners seek completion certificate. Such properties are refused to issue such certificate if there are any violations in the building planning and layout.HUDA administrator P C Meena said that such violations in building layouts take place because of an architect’s mistake while planning and it is the architect’s responsibility to make sure that he issues building layout according to the government defined provisions. As the building plans are submitted by architects to the authority and house owners usually have nothing to do with planning hence hereafter the notice will be issued on the name of an architect for any property violating rules.Gurgaon has allotted every house in plotted sectors and architects are entitled to follow the planning in accordance with the official rule book. The decision will strictly ensure that architects do not provide any irregular planning or layout formation to the owners; once they do follow it strictly there won’t be any violation of rules.According to the new system, HUDA officials will survey new building and inspect for any violations in the structure and if any violation are found it will issue a notice to associated architect.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
