Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority has launched ‘Green Channel’ which will speed up the approval process for layout and buildings approvals. Under this green channel layout approvals will be given to property developers within seven days of period after submitting the approval applications.Neerabh Kumar, HMDA commissioner said that this will be the first phase of the green channel and it would be extended to the group housing in its second phase whereas in later phases it would include other building application and online processing of building applications.Applications for such approvals will be accepted as Citizen Facilitation Centre (CFC) at the head office of HMDA only on Mondays and Thursdays. There won’t be any charge or fees to submit these applications under Green Channel.The applicants will have to approach an architect or document auditor appointed by the authority to inspect ownership of property. These appointed architect or auditor will look for authentication for the documents to confirm approvals according to the relevant rules, regulations and master plans decided by the authority. CFC would also have a Help Desk to guide applicants throughout the whole process along with other related aspects of applications.Green Channel authority would send intimation letter to the applicant by speed post if they won’t be able to reach authority to receive the intimation letter.The Green Channel facility will be presented in all Urban Development Authorities in short time, speedy disposal of applications will help applicants to get approvals in lesser time than previously the process used to take.The HMDA authority launched the Green Channel facility on February 6, 2014 along with inauguration of the Citizen Facilitation Centre (CFC) at the head office of HMDA.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
