The Haryana government will now allow construction which has been approved by NCR Planning Board as per the regional plan. The decision of approvals will bring problem for many developers and builders in the Gurgaon-Manesar Belt.NCR planning Board has approved developments in the Gurgaon-Manesar belt, but now the court has ordered prohibition over approvals of developments for private developers, along with prohibition of grants of licenses and change of land use. The court had directed to not to give approvals is a result of the petition filed by the farmers challenging the acquisition of land by the developers and by the authorities. The decision came as a shock to the developers although the state government had overlooked the basic requirement of getting NCR planning Board’s prior approval of the master plan. Ajay Singhal stated that the industry is going through a rough patch and such news which create confusion in the market that can hurt the market sentiments. For better co-ordination between various areas of NCR, all the plans in the sub-regional development plans of an area within NRC will need to be approved by the NCR planning Board. The proposal was approved since 2005 for the approval of building constructions in NCR. If the master plan of NCR is not approved by the NCRPB then it would not have any importance and local authority will not be able to provide any approvals for development plans or changes in land use in the area.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
