Gurgaon: The Citizen Facilitation Center (CFC) of Municipal Corporation of Gurgaon (MCG) will be kept open till 10 pm everyday until the dedicated deadline of 31st December 2013. The CFC’s usual closing time is 7 pm but the MCG has decided to keep it open till 10 pm every day, even on Sundays and holidays to make property tax assessment process easier for Gurgaon citizens.Recently MCG had extended the property tax assessment deadline to December 31 as it observed huge rush on last few days and many of the residents were unable to pay their property tax on time, hence the extension was given for the tax assessment process.Considering the importance of resident’s work timings, MCG has now taken the decision of changing CFC center timing to 10 pm so that residents can pay their property tax and file their house tax rebate.The earlier extensions of the date for rebate from the state government has boosted the property tax collection in the region and with great momentum MCG has collected about Rs 369 core in Gurgaon city out of which about Rs 150 core were collected from this year.MCG had conducted a survey regarding properties in the city in 2010 which concluded that about 3 lakh properties are situated in MCG area and about 65,000 properties have deposited their property tax and availed rebate.The state government had announced a policy saying that this property tax payer paying their tax till 31 December based on self assessment would get 30 per cent rebate for the period 2008-2009 to 2012-2013 while it would be coupled with 10 per cent rebate for the current financial year.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
