Delhi: Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) has issued notices to over 200 home owners living in sector 14 for encroachments near their respective properties. The notices were issued by the HUDA Estate office I, which stated they want an explanation for these encroachments. The residents of sector 14 are violating the prescribed regulations and many of them have encroached upon the land to use it as gardens.Praveen Kumar HUDA administrator said that the home owners in sector 14 will have to give response to the notices sent by the HUDA administration. The response given by the house owners will be considered by the HUDA and then accordingly action will be taken and if required these encroachments will be removed in the future.These encroachments by home owners can cause problems in expansion work in the future near intersections of main or inner sectors. The notices have been issued by the HUDA after surveying these houses, RWA of the sector was earlier informed about these encroachments. Residents are also using thiese encroachments for the parking of their vehicles.HUDA report stated that the road widening work in this region was delayed because of the gardens created by the encroachments.Even after issuing of proper legal notice, the residents of sector 14 are not ready to accept that they have encroached on the land and few of them demanded that the HUDA should leave the land alone.HUDA official said that the official process of removing this encroachment will begin from the next week once it consult the issue with RWA and house owners which are accused of encroachments.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
