Pune: Pune Municipal Corporation’s general body approved the draft for the revised development plan for the city for 2041. Formation of city development plan for 2041 was mandated by the central government. Funds under the Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission (JNNURM) will be allotted depending on the city development plans for 2041.The draft plan of city development for the next 30 years has been sketched out by the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) which would push Pune’s real estate to the next level; the plan also got the approval from the elected members of the civic body.The PMC had prepared a development plan for 2006-2012 to get the financial aid under JNNURM, but now the central government will provide funds to the selected cities under the second phase of the JNNURM. The central government had asked to prepare the draft development plan for selected cities according to which funds will be distributed in future.The civic body has revised the Pune Development Plan-2041 according to the guidelines issued by the JNNURM considering the needs of respective cities. The sketched development plan will support the civic body to plan and manage future developments in Pune with short and long time visions. The Draft of development plan 2041 is constructed with the help of several surveys and consultation of different stakeholders related to the city development.The Draft development plan for 2041 includes investment of about Rs 88443.9 crore, out of which Rs 18,014 crore will be allotted to the special projects like Metro Rail Project, Highways Projects along with water system projects etc. The development plan also includes about 28 villages from Pune city’s fringes having future development prospects.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
