Delhi/ NCR: Now homebuyers can tension-free invest in residential projects as Noida, Greater Noida and Yamuna authorities have planned to upload all the details of the Noida builders who are involved in constructing residential projects on their official website. This initiative has been made to protect the interest of the homebuyers and help them to invest in legally sound projects. The decision was taken after the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh asked the authorities to ensure the security of the homebuyers and plan a way to avoid real estate related deception.According to the Chairman of Noida, Greater Noida and Yamuna Expressway authorities, the notice has been issued to initiate the process to buy server space for the websites where the builder’s information and other property related details can be uploaded.The distressed homebuyers were waiting since long time for such kind of move and hoped to make all the property related details online. With this move, the buyers can now get all the details in just one click. The authorities have also decided to upload title related and land ownership details on their website. Lease deed conditions, NOCs, status of the building layout plan approval and other such details will also be uploaded on the website. The builders are also asked to upload their approved layout plan copy and other such approvals on their own company website. The entire process is expected to get completed by end of this year.This initiative will aid in better transparency and also identify the genuine developers. CREDAI, association of developers is intending the NRIs to invest in these properties.
