New Policy to Enhance Real Estate in 15 States by Central Government

delhi-developmentNew Delhi: Central Government has decided to appoint real estate experts and consultants as a helping hand to prepare affordable housing policy and to streamline the rules and regulation for approval of such affordable housing projects. The appointment of such real estate experts will be done in 15 major states which will aid the government for the planning of affordable housing projects in respective states.CREDAI has demanded a single window clearance for the development projects as the cost of the project goes up by about 40 per cent due to the delay in the approval process. CREDAI demanded that government should reconsider approval rules and regulations to minimize the unnecessary hike in the project costs.The state government is coming up with a new policy, which will include number of real estate experts in each state which will overlook the building approvals through rules and regulations set by the government. Arun Kumar Misra, housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation secretary said that the central government would identify top states and will appoint experts in each state.These real estate experts will help states to develop a housing policy which will set up rules and regulations involved in getting a clearance of building activities. The policy will majorly look for the affordable housing projects in states.The real estate sector has to face many bottlenecks apart from delay in approval process like limited land, existing rent laws and high cost of funds etc. The policy will consider these bottlenecks and will try to reduce them by introducing new regulations.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
