Xander to Pay Rs 690 Crore for IT SEZ in Chennai

chennai-IT-SEZBangalore: Xander Group, largest foreign investor in the Indian real estate market has decided to buy IT special economic zone. The IT SEZ is owned by the Shriram Group’s developing section with an estimated cost of Rs 690 crore. Xander will most probably buy Shriram Group’s IT SEZ for about Rs 690 crore which is situated in Chennai city.The Chennai based IT SEZ is owned by the Shriram properties, a unit of Shriram group which was developed by the company. The IT SEZ development was part of a larger 6 million square feet mixed use development situated on 58 acres of land which was bought from the standard motors in 2006. The IT SEZ includes the Shriram and Sun Apollo, private equity investor which are in discussion to unlock value from the specified SEZ. Ascendas, Signapore based IT park developer also offered a bid for the IT SEZ but the offer was lower.Xander having investment over $ 1.2 billion is working on the final deal of the IT SEZ and it has signed a preliminary agreement with Shriram group. The deal will be closed very soon once the final transaction are confirmed between the both parties. Shriram group is developing a 2.5 million square feet tech park and part of it having about 1.7 million square feet will be completed by January 2014.The Shriram SEZ has various giant IT tenants at the current which includes Accenture, Tech Mahindra, etc. Chennai IT SEZ is majorly leased where Xander will have the right of refusal on about 800000 sq ft of commercial development.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
