CREDAI to assist administration for creation of Housing Pool

nashik-housing-poolNashik: the state government’s power committee on Kumbh had met in Mumbai where they have decided to create a temporary housing pool for the accommodation of pilgrims coming to the Kumbh Mela. The instructions have been given to the civic and the district administrations to identify relevant private houses for the housing pool.       The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India (CREDAI), Nashik has taken a decision to assist the civic administration and state government for creating a housing pool for temporary accommodation of pilgrims visiting during scheduled Kumbh Mela in 2015-16. CREDAI will send letters to the civic administration as well as district administration offering assistance for the housing pool development.CREDAI Nashik president, Kiran Chavan said that the members of the association will identify the sold flats in various housing societies and apartments which are not being used. These owners will be convinced by the CREDAI to provide such flats for the temporary accommodation for Kumbh Mela. There are number of such vacant flats available in the city; CREDAI will send the list of such flats to the administration as early as possible.Providing temporary shelter for the lakhs of pilgrims during the Kumbh Mela is the biggest challenge for the district administration. Hence the administration is taking fast steps to answer this challenge as the city has very inadequate capacity to accommodate such a huge number. The administration will also conduct a survey which will identify the vacant houses across the city and create tie-ups with such property owners to provide accommodation to the pilgrims. The pilgrims will be most likely accommodated in vacant places or with the houses which are ready to provide accommodation on paying guest basis.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
