Madhya Pradesh state government has prepared a complete database of land records of all the revenue villages in the state. The retrieving any particular record was very time consuming and money consuming process for the land owners. To overcome this issue, state government has created the largest database of the land record where they have converted all the textual data into electronic form under the Bhu-Abhilekh.Bhu-Abhilekh is a software application used by the office of the commissioner, Land Records and Settlement, Department of Revenue. The Bhu-Abhilekh has created the database to store plot-wise, owner-wise details on Land, revenue, crops, irrigation, demand, collection, tenancy land type etc. Bhu-Abhilekh is Government to consumer and Government to government application and this data can be retrieved and changed and updated on regular basis. Bhu-Abhilekh system generates periodic reports including and documents like Khasara (Record of Rights) and Khatauni can be issued to the landowner as per their requests.Main objectives of Madhya-Pradesh government’s Bhu-Abhilekh:
- Entry of legacy data and creation of repository of ownership and land use information
- It aims to facilitate delivery of services and computerization of the all the land records
- The computerized recording, storage and retrieval of non spatial data with ownership and land use information
- Generation and issue of periodic reports
- Easy maintenance and updates
- User friendly and customized retrieval of information
Process to get land records in MP (Madhya Pradesh)
- To get land records visit the page www.landrecords.mp.gov.in.
- You will see Madhya Pradesh Map on the front page with district wise separation. To check land records (Khasara and Khatauni) of any particular district click on the map on that district.
- If the district got many tehsil it will redirect you to a new page where you will get the option of selecting the required tehsil in the list.
- After selecting the tehsil, you will get an option for selecting the village; here you can select the village for which you want the land records.
- After selecting the village, you will get an option to choose the Halka for which you want Madhya Pradesh land records or ROR Nakal Khata Khatauni/Khasara.
- After selecting Halka, you will get option to select the year for which you want land record and for searching purpose you will get the box where you have many options to search the record accordingly. The options available are as follows.
- Khasara with name: search with name of property owner
- Khasara with number: search with the Khasara number of property
- Khasara with all accounts: Select from the Khasara number list.
- Khatauni kishtbandi: Select the Khasara number from given list.
- Location specific reports: Area Report in Hectare
- Types of land: Information regarding to the all reports of land in MP
- Khasara official list of numbers: All the information in Hectare via the Revenue Dept MP Report
- Details of land: All the details regarding to the land made by the Dept of NIC CLRMP
- Details of crops: Page is not online yet, but once the research completes it will provide all kinds of crops information in state.
