PUNE: In an attempt to encourage wrestling and other sports in the country, the Pune Municipal Property has declared concessions in property tax for these institutes. At present the wrestling institutes across the city come under the category of commercial properties. But now these institutes will be levied a tax amount equivalent to that of the residential properties.The tax criterion of these establishments will be restructured. The wrestling institutes will be fall under residential properties tax category. This step has been taken in accordance to the proposal put forth by these establishments.
