Mr. Patel is an interior designer by profession. He gives credit for successfully establishing this unique museum to Mr. Jyontindra Jain who is a famous Anthropologist. He even wrote the catalogue for the Museum himself in order to preserve the cultural heritage and tradition of India. Today Mr. Patel will be proud to create Veechar utensil museum which the only museum in the world to exhibit rich and precious collection of utensils belonging to different era and parts of the country.As we all know Indians are foodie and with a diverse cultural and ethnic background we all have different food habits depending on the location we are living in.
