With the development of Pune in all directions due to national and international setups, more crowds from across the country are pulling in. To develop a township the builder must have at least 100 acres of land and then only he can develop a township. If your office is near your home you can walk to the work place instead of going through the irritating traffic of city. You need to pay more as compare to other residential projects because of the extra ambience and amenities that come with the township. It may be 10 to 15 percent premium for such extra facilities. Once the township is ready you need to pay higher maintenance in order to maintain the world class amenities to function properly.
