Tata Housing Development Company, part of Tata Group is planning to come up with a housing project for Senior Citizens in Bangalore. This would be the first project by Tata Housing for the old age people. The company is planning to invest approximately Rs. 70 crore for this project.The main objective of Tata Housing is to provide quality living to their customers through continuous innovation and with the same motto, the company is endeavoring to provide a comfortable lifestyle to the senior people of our society. The project is a part of 25 acre Tata Housing Project. Out of the total land area 4.5 acre will be acquired for Riva Residences; it will have 187 units for the citizens who are above the age of 55. The project mainly focuses on the facilities needed for the aged people. The project bestows modern-utility based design conveniences, services and the environment that suits the requirement of the senior citizens. The total investment of Rs.70 crore is estimating revenue of about Rs. 95 crore.According to the officials, the cost of the homes would be Rs.45 lakh for 1 BHK apartment which is of 800 sq ft. and for two bedroom apartment of 1200 sq ft, the rate is Rs. 45 lakh.The company is planning to come-up with more projects for senior citizens in other cities of India.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
