Tallest Envisioned Skyscrapers

skyscraper-envisionedWe usually measure distance in kilometers, but now the time has come where we will start measuring skyscrapers in kilometer units. The buildings and skyscrapers have already touched the skies and they are now even ready to penetrate the sky. The Burj Khaleefa with a height of 828 meters (about a kilometer long) is the tallest skyscraper in the world since 2010. There are many architects and countries which are working to overcome the height of the Burj Khaleefa’s height with proposed plans and envisioned structures which will breach the limits of design and architecture world. The proposals of such tall structures and skyscrapers are mostly envisioned by the top-notch architecture and designer across the world. Out of the list of hundreds of such structures many may never be constructed. The list of tallest envisioned structures which are widely trending as vertical cities across the worldX-SEED 4000Location: Tokyo, JapanHeight: 4000 meters X-seed 4000 is the only structure ever fully envisioned with a proposed height of four kilometers. The structure of X-seed 4000 was initially conceptualized and developed by Peter Neville. The design of the X-seed 4000 proposed to be spanning over 6 km of wide sea base with a vertical height of 4 km. The structure will have the capacity to house 800 floors, accommodating 0.5 million to 1 million population. The structure was designed as a futuristic environment which will combine ultra-modern living and nature interactions. The structure was designed by the Taisei Corporation in 1995 for Tokyo, Japan.Unlike the conventional skyscrapers, the high end protective measures need to be ensured to protect the occupants from extreme weather conditions and gradual air pressure along its elevation. The building possesses strong attributes like sea based location and Mount Fuji resembled shape of the structure. The structure’s proposed area is situated on the Pacific Ring of Fire the most active volcano range which makes the structure prone to disaster like tsunamis and earthquakes. The X-seed 4000 is designed much ahead of its time, but if built, in the current situation it may cost between $569 billion to $1.02 trillion. The project is fully envisioned and it is completely a futuristic design it may or may not come into a reality.Ultima TowerLocation: San Francisco, United StatesHeight: 3218.7 meters Although Ultima tower is a hypothetical supertall structure, it can become a reality in the future. The structure of Ultima tower is designed by American architect Eaugene Tsui in 1991. The project design proposed a vertical height of 3218.7 meters with a base diameter of 1828.8 meters. If the project comes into a reality, it will comprise 140 million square meters of floor area. According to the architecture, the tower can accommodate about 1 million people with an estimated cost of $150 billion. Vertical city projects will become the trend in the future. The Ultima Tower project will preserve the natural surroundings with the ultimate vertical design. The project is shaped as the trumpet bell with the same thickness of walls throughout the structure. The project design proposes to create its own mini ecosystem along with electricity generation by using the atmospheric pressure between top and bottom of the structure. The structure will comprise 120 levels each having substantially high heights. The building is intended to handle the future problems of overpopulation. Ultima Tower is also known as Ultima Sky city is more an ecosystem design than an architecture vertical city design.Dubai City TowerLocation: Dubai Height: 2400 meters   The Dubai’s only fully envisioned vertical city, the Dubai City Tower, is a proposed skyscraper which will have a height of about 2,400 meters. The building is the third tallest building envisioned in the world. The vertical city is architecture’s proposal which could house about 400 habitable floors which will be topped by a 400 meter energy producing spire. The design consists of a vertical bullet train which will run with a 200 km per hour speed acting as a main elevator in the structure. The Dubai City Tower will be the tallest man made structure in the world provided that the X-seed 4000 and Ultima Tower would never be constructed. The Dubai City Tower vertical span is almost three times that of the Burj Khaleefa which is the tallest operational skyscraper in the world. The design of the Dubai City Tower is highly inspired by the Eiffel Tower to deal with the massive wind forces at very high level. The tower has a central core with 6 outer building structures which are connected to the central core after every 100 floors which will help the complete structure to stabilize. Shimizu Mega-City PyramidLocation: Tokyo, JapanHeight: 2000 meters    The Shimizu Mega-City Pyramid is a hypothetical design for the construction of a massive pyramid over Tokyo Bay in Japan. The structure would be very massive and will be 14 times higher than the great Pyramid of Giza. The structure would have a height of about 2000 meters which could accommodate approximately 1 million people and will comprise 5 stacked trusses each having dimensions of the Pyramid of Giza. The structure highly relies on the future technological developments such as super strong lightweight material based on Carbon Nano-tubes due to its large structure which can not be built with currently available materials. The design of the structure is a futuristic vision to answer the Tokyo’s increasing lack of space. The high-tech pyramid structure would be formed by 36 piers of special concrete and external structure of the pyramid would be built using Carbon Nano-tubes to protect the structure from the active pacific ring of fire. The outer strusses of the structure will be coated with photovoltaic film to convert the sunlight into electricity for the Mega-city. The city will also comprise internal transportation like accelerating walkways and inclined elevators along with personal rapid transit system.Millennium Challenge TowerLocation: Kuwait (Possible)Height: 1852 meters     In accordance with its possible placement in the future, the Millennium Challenge Tower is also referred as the Al Jaber Tower. The tower is designed by the Italian architect Omero Marchetti will have the vertical height of about 1852 meters. The architecture explained that to construct a building standing with more than kilometer of height you will have to use modern age materials instead of conventional material like concrete, orthogonal grids, cranes etc. the building will follow the unnatural and twisted geometry through large quantities of cast iron and concrete. Several investors across the world are interested to create such a massive self sustainable structure as this will be the future alternative for the high-end living. All the above mentioned structures are majorly futuristic designs and architectural possibility which highly rely on the futuristic technological advancements in the world. The list contains fully envisioned structures which may or may not be constructed in the future. займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
