Mumbai: The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association (CREDAI) has put forth a demand to bring in a single window system to speed up approvals pertaining to property constructions. This demand has been placed keeping in mind the issues arising out of delayed approvals. According to a recent press release sent out by the CREDAI, due to the delays in the approvals the properties prices shoot up by almost 40%. Greater the delays, higher the property prices. This in turn impacts the property sales to a major extent. The State and Central Government policies should be streamlined in order to avoid such delays.
Considering the difficulties faced by the Developers and Buyers, CREDAI has taken a step forward to fasten the process of property approvals and bring property prices within the reach of potential end users.
