Rudrapur is a city in the state of Uttarakhand situated in the Udham Singh District. Being situated in the fertile Terai region Rudrapur flourished as a rich agricultural region. Rudrapur came to figure itself prominently in the Indian map from 2008 onwards since the establishment of a large Integrated Industrial Estate (IIE) under the State Infrastructure and Industrial Development Corporation of Uttarakhand Limited (SIDCUL).To be precise Rudrapur is flanked by Nainital on the north, Bareilly on the south, Moradabad and Rampur on the west and champawat on the east. It is the gateways to the kumaon hills and has been considered quite remote even a few years back. The place began to bloom when in 2008 the government announced that companies who will be setting up industries in city will be given special monetary incentives. Soon many companies started to set up shop in Rudrapur which resulted in the place becoming an Rs 30,000 crore industrial hub. With the rapid industrialization, encouragement of the government and corporate arrangements Rudrapur has emerged as one of the fastest developing industrial hubs in India. Both central and state governmental incentives such as tax and economic incentives have allured companies with big names and daunting reputation to set up their plants in Rudrapur. Incentives by the government include Rudrapur being declared a non tariff area for central excise, sales tax and custom duties for 10 years. Companies which would settle in Rudrapur before the cut-off date were sanctioned full income tax exemption for the next 5 years. It comes as no surprise that a whole host of companies ranging from Pharmaceutical to FMGC to automobiles have flocked to set up facilities in Rudrapur. Some of the well known companies include names like Tata motors, Parle Agro, Lenovo, HCL and Bajaj auto. In the 4200 acre SEZ set up by the government 465 factories have been allocated plots.Companies and factories need people to run the facilities. Rudrapur not only became an industrial hub it also became a place with great employment opportunities. All these companies and factories came to employ at least 50,000 people. 25,000 people will be indirectly employed by the factories in the form of sellers, retails shop owners, managers, sales representatives etc. Naturally this has turned Rudrapur in to a real estate hot bed. Not only is there a huge demand for new accommodation, there is also a great demand for rented accommodation for all who would be moving to Rudrapur to work here. An appreciation of return on investment of at least 5% is guaranteed from investing in Rudrapur real estate. There is also a greater demand for quality accommodation for the top ranking officer who will be setting in the city.Rudrapur is 234 km away from Delhi and is well connected through Delhi-Nainital Highway (NH- 74) and Khatima-Panipat Highway (NH-87). There are also good roads that connect Rudrapur with Moradabad, Rampur and Bareilly. The infrastructure is good and basic amenities like electricity and water are no concerns here. Water is available in plenty and electricity rates are cheap. The nearest airport is at Pantnagar through which Rudrapur is connected by air to the rest of the country. займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
