Pune: A redressal forum, to address the grievances of public transport users, has been set up by the PMPML (Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Limited. ‘Pravasi Din’ or ‘Commuters Day’ will be held every month to register complaints from the commuters. The first session of the redressal forum will be help on the 3rd of September 2012. Public transport users can register their complaints regarding the bus services on this day between 10am to 12pm. The ‘Pravasi Din’ will be thereafter held on the first Monday of every month. As stated by the Corporation officials the complaints will be attended to within a month’s time.This redressal session will be held across all ten depots of the city. This step has been taken to improve the existing transportation services of PMPML.
