Ranchi: In order to resolve the discrepancies arising in the property registration rates, the State Government has laid down plans to revise the existing rates, this October, to bring in uniformity. The property registration rates for some areas were differing greatly as compared to the other localities.Though the market value of the properties was comparatively lower, the higher registration charges compelled the buyers to shell out more money in this regard. This increase in the property registration rates has held back the owners from registering their properties.The existing property registration process has resulted in creating a chasm in the registration charges paid by owners of the same locality. To ensure that the registration charges are levied based on the market value; the Government will revise the existing rate structure.Adequate survey of the areas will help fix the correct charges which in turn will lead to a higher revenue generation via property registration.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
