Lonavala is a city and hill station 622 m. above sea level, in the Sahyadri ranges that demarcate the Deccan Plateau and the Konkan coast in Pune district. First of all,ur name has to be registered on plot,that is nothing but name has to be on 7/12 extraction,registered infront of talati,with the help of lawyer if required.
