Projects in Nigdi Pradhikaran Pune

Nigdi is about 18 kms from Pune City on old Mumbai-Pune Highway, falls under Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC). Nigdi is well connected to all the places around this area by broad roads and rails. This area is well developed as far as the infrastructure is concerned. Akurdi Railway station is at the distance of about 3 kms. Pune Airport is about 24 kms. Nigdi has main bus stand and has frequent bus services to other locations in and around Pune. Areas in Nigdi are Nigdi Gaothan, Yamunanagar (Sector no. 21), Ganganagar (Sector no. 28), Sindhunagar (Sector no. 25), Bhakti Shakti Garden, Durga Devi Garden, Pradhikaran. Akurdi is very close to Nigdi and share the same facilities like transport, school, colleges, Banks, Shopping Malls, Restaurants, Hotels, Hospitals, Cinema multiplexes, Parks and club managed by PCMC comprising of a swimming pool, gym, badminton court and a library also Appu Ghar, the children’s play park and the Durga Devi Hill to name a few.The real estate development of these areas in recent years in terms of residential and commercial properties has turned these locations into one of the sub-urban areas of Pune. These locations are mostly considered as residential areas for the people working in Industrial Hub of Pune with major multinational companies (MNCs) having their production/manufacturing units in the premises of Pimpri-Chinchwad industrial belt.
