PROFEST 2012– Pune’s Mega Property Exhibition hosted by CREDAI-Pune Metro held at the SSPMS ground from January 6th to 8th had more than 100 reputed builders and developers participating in it. CREDAI (The Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India) was established in 1982 with the intention of promoting Real Estate sectors for over 29 years. Comprising of 17 committees it focuses on areas of finance, taxation, labour welfare, environment, exhibition, etc. The members of CREDAI are governed by Code of Conduct to bring in absolute transparency as far as property showcasing is concerned. PROFEST 2012 had over 200 stalls showcasing residential and commercial projects in Pune opened up a new horizon in property buying. The exhibition brings together builders and buyers under a single roof making direct interaction possible.
