Calangute Beach:Calangute beach is the most crowded beach from the city especially famous for clubs and shacks on the sea shore. This beach is called as the queen of the beaches and is situated in North Goa around 15 Km away from the capital, Panjim. The Calangute beach is the perfect heaven filled with the shacks and stalls selling all kinds of seafood and cuisines. Though most of the beach wind up around 10 pm beach gives the vivid feeling at even night time. The Tito’s is the only exception which mostly stays open in night at this beach.
Aguada beach:Aguada beach ends and the line of the Aguada fort start; this fort was built by the Portuguese when they were ruling the city. It is a treat for eyes to watch the view of sea and beach from the fort especially the sunset. Apart from the fort there are many churches nearby beach area.
Anjuna Beach:Anjuna Beach is famous for its full night parties and fun. The beach is filled with thousands of tourists enjoying trance party with dance, frolic, and merriment which lasts for the whole night. Along with full moon parties the beach is famous for the Wednesday flea market where you can find lots of things like handicrafts, European snacks, cassettes of a noisy band of music called ‘Goa Trance’, artificial ornaments carvings and T-shirts.
Baga Beach:Most of Goa beaches are always filled with the hustle bustle of people and parties. Baga beach is situated between Anjuna and Calangute beaches. The place is perfect to spend some quiet time and enjoy the peaceful surrounding along with high class clubs and hotels.
Ashwem Beach:Ashwem beach is situated in North Goa and is one of the isolated beaches of the Goa. The beach is very quiet and clean place you will never even notice the beach unless you arrive at this place, but the coastline of this beach is actually very long. The sand at this beach has silver shade which is significantly different than the other beaches in Goa.Best time to Visit Goa is November to February; but Goa is the only place where you can enjoy at any time of the year.
