Samir, yes you are right. It is same group who made SigmaOne near MIT! What i came to know when i went to their sales off is that they were over booked on launch day itself. I confirmed this yesterday by giving a call on their number again yesterday. What is available is only six 2 Bhk apts in phase I with a single penthouse on 13th floor. Also phase II got launched same day and all 3 Bhk got booked ! (this wasnt announced though) my my quite interesting. Even 2.5 bhks got booked from II phase and thats it.
what i see is that good builders are still over booked, apts are spacious and luxury and they also offer choice of flooring and paint etc etc.
im waiting for their call on enqiry of 2 bhk in II phase, as i want lower floor 🙂
