DDA-homesThe scarcity of housing plans in Delhi has always led to towering residential prices in this city. Therefore the neighboring cities like Gurgaon and Noida is thriving in residential sector. To provide suitable accommodation to the residents of the country capital, Delhi Development Authority (DDA) which looks after the progress of the city and commences new housing plans and schemes, have come up with a new policy. The new plan aims to double the permitted built-up area of the upcoming housing projects to cater the needs of the rising population. The building size will be double. For example, if before it was 6 floors then according to the new plan, the upcoming buildings will be of 12 floors. This scheme is kept forward to raise the Floor Area Ratio (FAR) from 200 to 400. This plan will be executed only in new urban areas that are designed by DDA which will include areas like Rohini in West Delhi, ahead of Dwarka near the airport. It will also cover Chattarpur which is in general known for the wide-ranging farmhouses in Delhi. DDA’s elevated buildings may also be allowed to be constructed within the 500 metres of Delhi’s metro corridor. The main goal of DDA is to cut down the growing realty prices and to provide appropriate housing facilities to the ever-increasing population in Delhi and NCR. If the infrastructure gets more intensified and if the supply of the affordable homes increases, then surely this goal can be achieved.According to the proposal by DDA, for commercial sector, the FAR is expected to rise from 66% to 250%.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
