The group will be mostly working on the project management from the start to end. It is said that construction and architecture of the tower will be handled by Gammon India.Features and Amenities:The project is located in the very congested area of the south Mumbai and is very near to the Mumbai central railway station. The Developers have taken care of every problem that Mumbaikar faces now-a-days. The city has the biggest problem of parking space; the tower will be having complete five floors dedicated to the parking. The building will also provide the retails at first three floors from the ground.The residential houses will start from the 9th floor to the last floor of the building. The tower has the 1.3 million sq ft of built-up area spreading over 80 floors.
