Ozone Group, a Bangalore-Based real estate firm is setting up an ultra-luxurious residential-cum-hospitality project in Goa. The company would be investing around Rs. 1,000 crore for this project. According to the builder, only 5% o the island area will be utilized for developing the project which would consist of 80 to 100 splendid villa residences. The villas would cost more than Rs. 20 crore. Apart from villas, the project will also comprise of luxury resort hotels and a marina to port the yachts. The project will be constructed on a small area of Capao Island in Goa.Kerala:One of the prime coastal areas of India, Kerala is nowhere behind in the race of island homes. Most of the realty firms are eyeing this location to develop the projects. Renowned southern developers like Brigade Enterprises and Nitesh Estates are planning to launch island real projects in Kerala. Brigade Enterprises have purchased a 16-acre land in Vaikom, few years back. The company is planning to tie-up with a hospitality firm to develop resort hotel. Nitesh estates, also a Bangalore-based realty company have acquired land in Bolgatty which is one of the hottest tourist spots of Kerala. The location is just boat ride away from the major port city, Kochi. The company is planning to partner, India’s largest hospitality chain to develop the property.
