Housing Loan Interest Scheme Extended by One Year

New Delhi: The Union Government has expanded the financial assistance on housing loans to Rs 15 lakh wherein the price of the property does not exceed the limit of Rs. 25 lakh. The limit on the subsidized amount of money that an individual can borrow from the government is Rs 14,912 if the person has taken loan amounting to Rs. 15 lakh and Rs 9,925 for the loan amount of Rs. 10 lakh. This scheme would be beneficial to all the borrowers who have taken the loans in the existing fiscal year. Union Cabinet has just approved and extended the subsidy scheme that provides financial assistance on the loans taken by the borrowers. As per the scheme that will be implemented for the fiscal year of 2012-2013, a grant of one per cent is provided on housing loans for the houses which cost Rs. 15 lakh. A provision is made for the budget of Rs.400 crore for the fiscal year of 2012-2013 to implement the loan scheme. National Housing Bank (NHB) is a nodal organization that implements the scheme both for banks and housing financial firms. Earlier the benefit on the rate of interest was made available only to those borrowers who took a loan amount ranging between Rs.10 lakh to Rs 20 lakh .In fiscal year of 2011-2012, the union government made certain reforms in the scheme and raised the benefit on the interest rates for the borrowers who have applied for a loan amount of Rs.15 lakh. займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
