CREDAI-Pune (formerly PBAP) has created a property exhibition that will be available only online. 40 builder/developers with 300 projects have come together to offer the world properties for sale on the world wide web.This cooperative marketing effort will be available online from 15th to 31st of October 2010. CREDAI-Pune has tied up with Mantra Media who have developed the tools for this online event. To make home buying more convenient the online exhibition offers several unique features. Says Anuj Bhandari, Chairman of the Exhibition committee, “the online visitor can select the are he is interested in buying, the size of the apartment right from 1BHK to penthouses and row houses, offices and commercial spaces, select his budget and the site will throw up the apartments/offices that match his needs. On certain fixed dates and times, CREDAI has organized a live chat with different builders.”To get on the site one has to log on to www.credaipune.in and register with name, email id, and phone number. Says Satish Magar, “for the builders, the best part is that he can get the contact details of the people who have visited their online stall. This can then be followed up by their marketing teams as genuine leads.” So what has prevented CREDAI members from offering this online exhibition for all the 365 days? Says Bhandari, “this is a collaborative tool. All exhibition members have teamed up to offer this service jointly. For those who wish to offer this facility year long there is their individual websites that Punekars can log onto.”CREDAI Punehas had a series of property exhibition all aimed at making the home buying process easier. There were separate exhibitions for properties in the East, West, north and South of Pune, as people buy area specific homes.
