The Profest WEST 2012 showcased projects of various Builders from across the city.
2bhk, 2.5bhk, 3bhk, 4bhk ongoing projects were a part of the exhibition.
2 & 3bhk’s dominated the exhibition.
Larger number of ongoing projects were in areas like Wakad, Aundh, Baner and Bavdhan of Pune’s West Zone.
The price per sq.ft of 2bhk flats were in the range of Rs.4, 500 to Rs. 8,000 for areas like Baner, Wakad and Aundh. The prices vary based on the amenities and facilities provided by the Builder.
Projects in areas like Chakan, Phaltan, Ravet, Hadapsar and Pirangut were also a part of the exhibition.
Projects with a total area in the range of 550 sq.ft – 1800 sq.ft were showcased in the exhibition.
Projects with luxurious facilities and amenities were more dominant in the exhibition
Ongoing projects in areas like Aundh, Wakad and Baner are priced between Rs. 50 lakh to Rs. 2.5 crore for a 2bhk flat.
3bhk flat projects ,in these prime areas, is priced from Rs.70 lakh and above.
In areas like Pirangut, Ravet, Chakan projects are priced between Rs. 20 lak to 45 lakh
Builders like Bhujbal Brothers and many others have more than 1 ongoing project in various locations of Pune
Many new Builders & Developers are also actively taking part in Profest WEST 2012.
