Vaishali restaurant – This is the best South Indian Restaurant in Pune city located at F.C. Road. No need to tell the address as everyone I guess quite aware of this place because of its popularity. You will always find waiting queue in this restaurant. On weekends it is really difficult to grab the table.
Ram Krishna Restaurant at Camp – This pure vegetarian air conditioned restaurant is very popular in Pune and the food they serve is really good and worth trying. Best south Indian preparations you can find here. The ambience is good. It is always crowed so please avoid Sundays as the waiting time is very long. It is situated at 6, Melodina Road in Camp Cantonment just opposite to Westend Theatre
Hotel Ambience – This is my one of the favourite restaurants because it offers very peaceful and fresh environment to its customers. The food preparation is excellent and the service is also very good. It is a terrace restaurant situated in Model colony. The ambience is good and comfortable. Now it is known as Mandakini Hotel.Roopali Restaurant – It is also a south Indian restaurant situated on F.C. Road near Vaishali. If you don’t get a place in Vaishali you can try this to get your appetite satisfied.
Shabree Restaurant – They serve really good Maharashtrian food. It is different and heiginic. Though it is a small restaurant but quality of food is good. It is situated on F. C. Road.Durvankur Restaurant at Tilak Road – This is the best place if you want to have traditional Maharashtrian thali. Food is awesome. It is located at Sadashiv Peth on Tilak Road. It is hundred percent vegetarian and offers take away facility to its customers.
Rajdhani (Guajarati) – Very famous chain of restaurants in India in Gujrati food. They serve pure vegetarian traditional Gujrati Thali that offers you a variety of food and nodoubt it is mouth watering. It is located in Camp area.
Mayur Veg Thali (gujrati) – This restaurant serves Gujrati pure vegetarian thali that has many varieties with the taste of Gujrat from curd milt to jaggry. It is situated at East Street in Camp. They have take away facility. You find friendly environment here.
Cream centre – The name is really mouth watering. It is a pure vegetarian restaurant situated at Kalyani Nagar in Yerawada. Food is delicious as the name suggests. The interior is also good. It has valet parking and take away facility.
Shree Krishna Veg Court – This pure vegetarian air conditioned restaurant is located at Royal Towers in Viman Nagar just opposite to Telephone Exchange. The food is good here and the place is quite kids friendly.Mathura Restaurant – This pure vegetarian restaurant is really good. The first time I went there I was not that positive about it because the entrance was not at all impressive and I had to wait for half an hour. But when I entered the hall it was beautifully decorated and fully occupied with food lovers. The food was delicious and the environment is homely. I totally forgot the entrance and the tiring waiting time. I love the bhakris of this place very much. It is worth trying. It is located at Prestige Chambers on JM Road.
Abhishek Restaurant – There are many vegetarian restaurants in this area but this place can give you peaceful and kid friendly environment. It is an air conditioned restaurant with impressive interiors. It is located at Mehendle Garage Compound in Erandwane near Nul Stop. Food preparation is good.
Little Italy – For Italian food lovers this is the place to enjoy. A variety of pure vegetarian Italian food is on menu to tickle your taste buds. It is located at Bund Garden Road, near Pune Railway Station opposite to Pune Central Mall. They also have take away facility and valet parking.La Pizzeria – As the name suggests it is a fine Italian restaurant started in 1995 at Bund Garden Road. They are the best at the veg Italian and continental cuisine. They have chain of restaurants in India and Dubai.
Bhairvee restaurant – There are very few pure vegetarian restaurants on Baner Road and this one is the best in the area. The interior is impressive though the place is small but the food is worth trying. They do have AC section. They offer north and south Indian food.Horn OK Please: This restaurant serve lip-smacking pure Punjabi dhaba style food. The restaurant is creatively designed with wall décor of the quotes written behind the trucks. The ambience is soothing and gives the feel of actual dhaba. It is a best place for dinner with family.
