It is Adlabs Imagica at Khalapur near Khopoli city on the Mumbai Pune Expressway in the state of Maharashtra. This theme park is owned and managed by Adlabs Entertainment Limited. The concept is promoted by Manmohan Shetty. This mega entertainment centre will consists of a theme park, a water park and a grand luxurious hotel. Spread over an area of 300 acres this park took Rs. 1650 crore to materialise and out of this huge amount Rs. 1100 Crore has been spent on theme park only.This theme park is inaugurated in 18th April 2013 with the slogan “Where stories come alive” thus it is a new place to explore with lots of entertainment, shopping, dining as well as accommodation facilities. The park has a capacity to accommodate 20000 people at a time.Adlabs Imagica is a mega entertainment destination for those who want a complete entertainment with family and friends. There is no other such place in India at this scale for entertainment. It is more than a theme park. Keeping in mind the location of the Imagica it will definitely attract good number of tourists to its magic. There will be them areas of Africa, Old America, Europe and Asia. There will be twenty one attractions in the theme park and among these the largest roller coaster of Asia and the 4D simulation rides will be special.
