The apex body for property developers, Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India (CREDAI) will soon be coming up with a property show at Dongre Vasatigruha, Nashik. ‘Property Show 2014’ will be starting from 23rd May and will end up on 25th May. This 3 day exhibition is planned on national as well as international level.The new president of CREDAI with respect to the property exhibition said that the property prices in Nashik are quite reasonable as compared to cities like Mumbai, Thane and Pune. Thus the exhibition can be advantageous for people who are looking for buying plots or homes.Apart from the general participants like builders and financial organizations offering home loans, there will be 84 stands of CREDAI associates. The property show will be conducted in air-conditioned showground. The exhibition will be offering the visitors information about the properties that range from Rs. 15 lakh to Rs. 2 crore. It would include information about properties like flats, row houses, bungalows, penthouses, duplexes, farm houses, non-agricultural plots and agricultural lands. The property exhibition would take place for 3 days from 11 am to 9 pm.The President of this real estate body said that CREDAI is aiming to the Nashik Property Show, all over the country as well as abroad within the next two years and this is the first year of their endeavor.The property show will also include a seminar by the expert, Shyam Tamhankar who will be telling the audience about building safety.
