The apex body for private realty builders of our country, CREDAI (Confederation of Real Estate Developers Associations of India), is all set to organize a property exhibition in Vadodara. The Vadodara chapter of CREDAI will be conducting this property expo for three days starting from 10th January, 2014.The apex body had held its first property fair in Vadodara in 2011 which saw an overwhelming response and it is expecting a better response this year as the expo would witness presence of around 80 realty developers.The real estate market sentiment, currently is seen to be sluggish, hence CREDAI will be using this fair as a platform to promote the property sector and create a lucrative opportunity for the buyers.
