Pune: The state government of Maharashtra has hiked ready reckoner rates for properties across the state. The rise in the ready reckoner rates across the state resulted into 5 to 10 percent increase in the ready reckoner rates for Pune city and Pimpri Chinchwad while remaining areas of the state will witness hike of about 10-15 per cent in the ready reckoner rates.Ready reckoner rates are used as base point for the calculation of the market values of properties for assessment of the stamp duty and registration charges. The state government gets big revenue through stamp duty and registration of the properties hence this increase in the property rates will bring more revenue to the government in coming years.The Inspector General of Registration said that the increase in Pune and Mumbai’s ready reckoner rates little less compared to other cities as most of the people living here are from the salaried class. The decision of increase in ready reckoner rates of Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad has been announced depending on various parameters which include rates at which documents were registered last year and property prices in various respective areas.Pune division comprises about 1280 zones in the municipal corporation limit and out of these about 1277 zones registered up to 20 per cent increase while the other zones observed more than 20 per cent increase in the ready reckoner rates. On the other hand, municipal council zones registered up to 20 per cent hike and about 54 zones have registered increase of more than 20 per cent.The similar trend was observed in all the corporation areas of the state about 6,265 corporation areas registered up to 20 per cent increase while remaining 2737 corporations registered increase of 20 per cent and above.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
