The building department inspectors, now no more can pester the owners or the developers of the residential complexes in Kolkata as the Completion Certificate (CC) for residential apartments and complexes go online in the city. The people can obtain the CC within 7 days of applying.For past two decades, building department inspectors has flourished in Kolkata Municipal Corporation but now by the e-process, there is no need to be dependent on these inspectors. These inspectors had the power to manipulate and control the house owners and the developers by withholding the CC. Without CC neither the owner nor the developer can apply for drainage, power or water connection. Most of the people in Kolkata have not received completion certificate for almost a year.According to the KMC official, the online process would strengthen their network where the building department officials, mostly fail to record the delay and harassment cases. By computerized system, they can easily trace the files. The process of issuing for building plan sanction can also be eased by this process. The new system would cut back the pestering of the building inspectors and also make sure that the completion certificates are received on time.According to an official, the online system will allow more transparency and curb the level of fraudulence as a building inspector has to issue a compliance report or have to give reason for declining the CC within 7 days.Even the Bengal chapter of CREDAI has welcomed this new process and suggested that KMC restructure the building plan sanction procedure where workshop or factory does not exist, ease the rules and relax height limitations for theeka land.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
