Hyderabad: The fourth edition of the ‘Andhra Pradesh Real Estate Developers Association (APREDA)’ property exhibition will be held at HITEX (Hyderabad) from the 25th to the 27th of October 2013. Following the huge success of the previous editions of the property exhibition, the 4th edition is expected to invite a much greater footfall. This edition will showcase around 150+ properties from across the city with an estimated 60,000+ visitors thronging the property exhibition in search of properties.The first edition of APREDA’s property exhibition was held in the year 2010 (October 30-31) which saw huge success by recording a footfall of around 20,000. The property exhibition facilitated direct interaction between the buyer and seller making it feasible to close prospective property deals. The year 2011 and 2012 witnessed an increase in the number of visitors owing to the widespread popularity of the exhibition.
