CREDAI to Launch Four Day Property Fair in Bhopal

credaiBhopal: The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) will be organizing a four day property fair at the Bitten Market in Bhopal. The property fair called “Grihapravesham” would commence on 27th September 2013. At the fair 55 members of the CREDAI Bhopal will be participating to showcase more than 150 projects that will vary in the price range of Rs 3 lakh to Rs 2 crore.At a press conference in Bhopal on the 24th of September, CREDAI Bhopal president Vipin Goel said that the property fair will also have a high entertainment quotient besides showing property schemes and offers. He said, “Laser show by Bangalore artists and sand show would be the high point of the fair. Besides, football jugglers and African acrobats coupled with live music are expected to be big crowd pullers.”Manoj Singh Meek, spokesperson and vice president of CREDAI, Bhopal said that as the Pitri Paksha will end soon an auspicious time (Devi Paksha) will begin, a time during which people will tend to buy or invest in their dream home or property. Therefore the exhibition is set up for those people.
