There is good news for the people of Chennai as CREDAI is coming up with a new cleanliness programme. To overcome the predicament of the city roads, Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Chennai Corporation which would look after the conservancy and maintenance of Chennai roads.About 12 roads of Chennai will witness a meticulous cycle of cleaning on May 2nd. According to the decision made by the Chennai Corporation Council in February, CREDAI will look after the cleanliness of Chennai roads like EVK Sampath Salai , Pantheon Road , Venkatachalam Salai, Vepery High Road, Gangadeeswarar Koil Street, Raja Annamalai Road, Raja Muthiah Road, Gandhi Irwin Road, Police Commissioner Office Road, Purasawalkam High Road, Whannels Road and Narayana Guru Salai.This programme is an initiative by Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). CREDAI aims in bringing novelty in conservancy operations. They have employed foreign agencies for the work. The builders belonging to CREDAI will maintain and keep one road clean each.Initially there will be a total of 5 laborers who will take care and clean the long road of EVK Sampath Salai. They will work in two shifts; one shift would start from 10 p.m. and will end at 2 a.m. The other would be from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. Based on the requirement, the team size may increase and the third shift will also be carried on.Cleaning the roads, median, street furniture, signage, removing stains from the roads, spreading the awareness about cleanliness and information of spitting on roads are the main responsibilities of the workers. CREDAI will exhibit its name on the footpaths where it has performed its duties. The team will report to the Chennai Corporation regarding damages in civic infrastructure.Apart from the above duties the CREDAI team will also follow responsibilities like watering the plants, removing unauthorized banners and posters, maintenance of street lights.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
