New Delhi: In action against the brokers who are mis-selling the projects, CREDAI- NCR is planning to direct the builders to reveal the saleable as well as carpet area in their brochure. Most of the time, the brokers delude the end-users by stating inappropriate property size. Therefore the main aim behind this regulation is to improve the end-user demand.CREDAI has formed a new team that will specially look after the consumer awareness and consumer redressal. The new team announced will be for the year 2013-15.Previous year, CREDAI- NCR’s team had received 700 complaints regarding the deceiving projects and out of which 90% cases has been successfully resolved by this team.To provide the consumer with the appropriate information, the team will ask the builders to disclose both saleable and the carpet area in their booklet and in the application form. They will also inquire the method of calculation used to evaluate the property size. The saleable area is the total built -up plus the common area.Brokers do not provide full information to the buyers therefore the governing committee would look after the matter.In order to boost the end-user demand for residential projects and to curtail the investors demand, the CREDAI association will be entailing the lock-in period for resale and higher transfer charges for the property.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
