Mumbai: A joint venture project has been announced by Godrej Properties to be developed in Undri, Pune. With 1.5 million sq. ft. of area proposed by Godrej Group’s real estate development firm: Godrej Properties, the project will feature a lavish residential housing colony. It will be a partnership venture of GPL with the landowner.Godrej properties, a Mumbai based real estate firm has declared numerous aspiring projects in last week in Mumbai and Ahmedabad. The group is moving towards Pune with this new project near NIBM. The residential project will spread over the area of 31 acres and almost present 1.5 million sq. ft. saleable area. The project will comprise one, two and three bedroom apartments.The Pune project, JV will dedicate 40% of profit to Godrej Properties and remaining will be of the landowner. Real estate analysts blamed this approach of GPL saying that JV projects are lowering the profit margin of Godrej, yet GPL has been involved in lots of such JV projects.The project will be the sixth infrastructure in the city with already developed projects Godrej Eternia, Godrej Castlemaine, Godrej Millennium and Godrej Sherwood along with currently ongoing project Godrej Horizon which is also established in Undri.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
