Pune: The area of Pimpri-Chinchwad is experiencing a rise in the residential prices. An initially underdeveloped suburb, Pimpri-Chinchwad is now one of the major hotspots for residential, commercial and industrial projects. The main reason behind the increase in demand for homes in this area is the affordability in prices. There has been a tremendous improvement in infrastructure and other facilities as well here. The roads in Pimpri-Chinchwad are well developed, and this area is also directly connected to the Mumbai-Pune National Highway.
